EPS and the E-9 visa (South Korea): what it means

EPS (Employment Permit System) is South Korea's government programme for hiring workers from partner countries, including Uzbekistan. Workers pass a Korean language test (EPS-TOPIK) and work on an E-9 visa in manufacturing, farming, fishing or construction. In Uzbekistan it is run through a state agency; don't pay middlemen.
