PINFL and TIN (Uzbekistan): what it means

The PINFL (JShShIR) is the 14-digit personal number printed in an Uzbek passport or ID card. The TIN (STIR) is the 9-digit taxpayer number. Employers and the tax office identify you by these numbers; don't send them to strangers.
