Work patent (Russia): what it means
A patent is the document that lets foreigners from visa-free countries, including Uzbek citizens, work in Russia. Each month the holder pays a fixed advance of income tax in advance; the amount depends on the region. It counts toward the NDFL the employer withholds; a late payment cancels the patent.
