Presidential resolution (PP/PQ): what it means
A presidential resolution (qaror) is an act of the President on a specific programme, measure or organisational matter, such as a plan to develop an industry. Its number starts with "PP-" in Russian or "PQ-" in Uzbek. A large share of the acts on lex.uz are such resolutions.
