In the Fergana Valley (Andijan, Fergana, Namangan) temperatures will barely change, with daytime highs of +17…+20°C. Termez also stays mild, around +22°C. Night temperatures in many cities will be +6…+16°C. Officials have not yet given a reason for the change; follow Uzhydromet's official forecasts.

Who should be careful and what to do

A sudden temperature drop can be hard on children, older people, and people with heart problems or breathing conditions such as asthma. After the warm day on 8 November, be ready to change what you wear: dress in layers, carry a light jacket and an umbrella, and choose waterproof shoes.

Rain makes roads slippery, so drivers should slow down and keep a longer distance. Tourists travelling between cities may prefer indoor sights in Samarkand, Bukhara and Tashkent on 9–10 November: museums, madrasa interiors and covered bazaars. Plan outdoor walks for 6–8 November. Keep drinking enough water and eat warm meals even in cool weather. At home, use heaters safely and air rooms regularly.
