Employee's personal AI agent ran on Pentagon system for two months

According to Wired's sources, an Accenture employee's personal Claude agent ran on a US Department of Defense network for two months. After it was identified, the vulnerability was patched. The defense contractor employee had given their AI agent access to a secure Pentagon system.
