Microsoft is offering voluntary buyouts to around 60,000 employees in the US, UK, Canada and other countries. According to The Verge, this is the clearest sign yet that AI will fundamentally change the size of Microsoft's workforce. CEO Satya Nadella has been hinting at this over the past couple of years.
