ChatGPT can now create animated GIFs from text and photos

OpenAI has added a GIF feature to ChatGPT. With the new Images 2.6 model, users can create animated GIFs from a text prompt or an uploaded photo, adjust the animation speed, edit individual frames and share the result. The model keeps characters recognizable across frames. According to OpenAI, users now generate more than four billion images per week.
